Gourmet handmade artisan chocolates are our specialty here at Copperleaf Chocolat.  Our chocolates are a visual and sensual delight, a total chocolate experience.  We offer a stunning selection of over 200 different chocolates throughout the year, including the finest selection of truffles. 



We start with Valrhona, Calebaut, and El Rey chocolate.  These are considered to be among the finest chocolate makers in the world.   Then we draw inspiration from the garden, the season, or whatever flavours strike our chocolatier, Susan Schnee's fancy.  The rest is history.  All of our chocolates are made without artificial ingredients and no corn syrup.  Only wholesome and natural ingredients are used.  The difference in quality reflects in the taste.  Our chocolates are available in many different shapes, colors, and sizes.  Some are handpainted and others hand rolled.  There is always a flavor or shape to suit everyone.

We even have sugar-free chocolates so that everyone can enjoy what the cacao bean has to offer.  All of our sugar-free chocolates are sweetened with stevia.  Once again, we will never use chemical sweeteners or artificial ingredients.
