Owner and founder of Copperleaf Chocolat, Susan Schnee, is a trained chef from Portland's Culinary Institute.  She also is a chocolatier from Vancouver's Ecole Chocolat. Using only the highest quality ingredients she takes pride in offering dozens of delightful, special treats.  Her philosophy, that the customer comes first and deserves only the best, is apparent throughout her shop.  All desserts and chocolates are handcrafted in small batches thus creating miniature pieces of edible art. She also likes to stock Italian dinnerware and vintage glass and cookbooks to add to the fun shopping experience.
